Folding resistance test
One of the important indicators for judging high-quality ceramic tiles is the bending resistance. Ceramic tiles have high hardness and are not easy to break, so that they can bear the weight of various large furniture in daily life.
In this test, the fluorescent light was placed steadily on the stone piers on the left and right sides. A man weighing 85KG jumped on the tiles and jumped in place multiple times. The tiles showed no deformation or cracks. Later, two more men were added to the tiles. When three people stood on the tiles at the same time, there were still no breaks or cracks in the tiles, proving that the tiles have high bending resistance and good hardness.
Abrasion resistance test
In life, a ceramic tile has to withstand countless steps, scratches and friction from heavy objects, so the wear resistance of the ceramic tile is particularly important.
In the wear resistance test, the evaluators used scissors, fruit knives, steel brushes and other items to rub, rub and scrape the surface of the ceramic tiles hard back and forth. After a round of "violent bombing", no traces were left on the surface of the tiles. The wear resistance was rated five stars. .
Flatness test
The flatness of ceramic tiles plays an important role in the paving effect of the space. In the flatness test, place the tiles steadily on the countertop and observe the position of the air ball on the level. It is in the center and has no offset. Subsequently, a 0.08mm feeler gauge was used to measure the gap. The feeler gauge was seamless and drillable, proving that the tiles were extremely flat.
Anti-slip test
When choosing ceramic tiles, anti-slip properties are often what everyone pays most attention to, especially if there are elderly people or children at home. If the ceramic tiles are not anti-skid, it is very dangerous and safety accidents may easily occur.
In this test, the tiles were placed at an angle, and the dishwashing liquid in the red wine glass was poured onto the tile surface. The cup was placed flat on the tile surface and did not move at all. Subsequently, the evaluators wore high heels and walked back and forth and stood on the bricks with detergent water. No slipping occurred.The tiles are perfectly anti-slip.
Anti-fouling test
Spilled soy sauce, children painting... ceramic tiles are accidentally stained in life, and whether the stain resistance is good or not directly affects the aesthetics of the space. Ceramic tiles with strong anti-fouling properties are what we need, just like the Guanxing Wanglan series.
In the anti-fouling test, the evaluators painted the brick surface with orange, red, green and other colorful pigments, then left it for a few minutes and then wiped it with a clean rag. The paint was gone with a gentle wipe, and the brick surface was The surface is as smooth as new and has high stain resistance.
