From December 9th to 12th, the four-day 2021 Guangzhou Design Week was grandly held in Pazhou, Guangzhou! This is a gathering of upstream and downstream allies in the design industry, and a showcase of design aesthetics and products! Focusing on the theme of "Youth BLOOM", more than 1,000 "hardcore" enterprises and institutions in design, art, creativity, materials, home furnishing, intelligence and advanced customization suitable for private residences and new businesses are on display! It has become the debut platform for domestic and foreign brands in the home furnishing field to release new products, new materials and new technologies to the upstream and downstream resource groups of the design industry chain.

The Xinzhongyuan Housing and Industrial Exhibition Hall is located at 1C28, Hall 1, Poly World Trade Expo Center, Guangzhou. The entire exhibition hall uses a bright red color that represents hope and enthusiasm. With the theme of "Urban Rubik's Cube", the Xinzhongyuan Residential and Industrial Exhibition Hall displays assembly technology, integrated kitchen and bathroom, green new materials, etc. in multiple dimensions. It uses a standardized, high-quality, and rich material library to help the perfect presentation of space design!
The Xinzhongyuan Housing and Industry Exhibition Hall is equipped with integrated kitchens and bathrooms, including wall panels, floors, ceramics, rock slabs, green new materials, as well as bathrooms, hardware, home appliances, lamps, soft furnishings, etc. Among them, Xinzhongyuan Residential Building uses aluminum core honeycomb structure panels, which are inspired by aerospace technology. They are lightweight, high-strength, stable in texture, and have strong design features. They are not restricted by size and shape and can be customized. This is also the "treasure of the town hall" of the exhibition hall.
“This is the first time that Xinzhongyuan Housing Group has participated in the design week, and it is also the first time that Xinzhongyuan Group has brought prefabricated interior decoration to the design week site! Mr. Huang introduced that in the future, Xinzhongyuan Housing will expand to the whole house space, including integrated wall systems, integrated floor systems, integrated ceiling systems, integrated door and window systems, integrated bathroom systems, integrated kitchen systems, integrated pipeline systems, and smart homes. Currently, Xinzhongyuan Housing is actively developing a nationwide service network. In July and October this year, the Henan Marketing Center and the Chongqing Marketing Center were completed one after another, representing the continuous implementation of the "new track" strategy.
