As a product with high market recognition, the specification of 600×1200mm has long been loved by end consumers. This year, this phenomenon continues. Since Zibo ceramic companies stopped production earlier this year, many dealers were out of stock before the year. As Zibo ceramic companies resumed work after the holiday, dealer orders also followed.
In addition to original customers, many dealers from other production areas have transferred 600×1200mm orders to Zibo for production this year, which has greatly aggravated the tight production schedule of Zibo ceramic enterprises.
Overall, the current prices of most products in the Zibo production area are relatively stable, but 600×1200mm is an exception. 400×800mm medium plate cannot be produced

The production schedule of 400×800mm medium plate is also very tight in the Zibo production area. “Cannot arrange the order” has become synonymous with the difficulty in scheduling the production of medium plate in Zibo.
In the past two years, with the hot sales of medium plate products in the terminal market, Zibo ceramic enterprises have also increased their attention and promotion of medium plate products. As of now, only two ceramic companies in the Zibo production area, Zibo Weineng Ceramics Co., Ltd. and Shandong Lihao Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Xinjinyi Ceramics), are producing medium plates.
In addition, the medium plate production line started by Shandong Hongshi Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd. at the end of last year is currently in the process of construction.In the final stage, it is expected to be put into production in April. By then, there will be three large-capacity medium plate production lines in the Zibo production area, with a daily production capacity of nearly 200,000 square meters of medium plate.
Since Weneng Ceramics entered the production of medium plates relatively early, its products have already been recognized by customers.
